Shockingly noisy, as if I was sleeping above a karaoke bar-I mean, how do they expect guests to rest? Oh, and don't even get me started on how I received no complimentary upgrade, just unreal.

Great location, easy walk

I loved the room with view.

Best staff and new-fashioned and beautifully designed rooms with large TV as well as the bedroom. The breakfasts with nice warm croissants. Amazing location, very close to a spandrel arch bridge. Private parking nearby provided;))

The room was spacious and perfect for our family of teens. We explored the local sights, with fine walks to places like the Boboli Gardens.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very clean and had a great coffee maker. The shower was fantastic. The only hiccup was the confusing check-in process, which was a bit of a trek away.

The location was fantastic, with access to the vibrant city life. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a relief during the summer heat. Our room was comfortable and spacious, offering a lovely city view, made mornings good!

It was just a great match for a hurried visit in Florence with good value. The hotel is right by a fantastic coffee house. Make use of the nearby walking tours for local insights.

Great spot for a trip with friends! We were close to the Basilica and enjoyed the local bars and restaurants. The staff was super helpful with recommendations. We had a blast visiting the local golf club. Just a heads up, the check-in is at another location, but it wasn't a big deal.
